    We offer local pickup for select items. Each product listing includes a note indicating whether it is available for local pickup. Please check the product details before placing your order.

    Yes, we do ship worldwide. Free shipping is for the local 48 states. Shipping Charges for Unincorporated Territory of the United States including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Navassa Island, Wake Island, APO/ FPO/ DPO/ AE, and P.O Box, and International are subject to contact us for the shipping charges before making a purchase.

    Shipping Methods:

    If the customer chooses (Free) Standard Shipping Service for the shipment. We will choose the most suitable carrier/service for your order based on product weight, measurement, and shipment destination. 

    For the P.O Box addresses, we can Only ship by USPS Only. FedEx or UPS do not/will not deliver packages to P.O Box.

    We are not responsible for any shipment lost or not delivered to your provided address. Please ensure to mark a note for us if your order is going to the P.O Address.

    We Reserve the Right to refuse delivery addresses going to the Hotel or Third Party location.

    Shipment Processing Time:

    We process shipments Monday to Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders received during Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays will be processed on the following business day. Most items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received.

    Signature Confirmation:

    Signature Confirmation may be added for most of the items. The buyer is responsible to keep track of your package. If no one is available for receiving the item, you may request us not to add the signature confirmation or contact UPS to arrange another delivery time if we have shipped the package. If there is no one available to receive the package after UPS has attempted three times, UPS would return the package back to us. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost again before we re-send the package. If the buyer just wants the refund instead, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

    GROUND SHIPPING SERVICE AND DELIVERY TIMES

    Ground Shipping Service and Delivery Times showed here are in addition to processing time, the estimated shipping times quoted, and any backorder delays.

    Once an item is ready for shipment, normal Ground Service estimated regional delivery times are as follows:

    • WESTERN - 1 to 2 business days
    • CENTRAL - 2 to 4 business days
    • EASTERN - 4 to 6 business days
    • CANADA - 7 to 14 business days

    * Remark: Weekends and holidays are NOT considered as business days.

    EXPEDITED SERVICES AND DELIVERY TIMES (NEXT DAY, TWO DAY, AND THREE DAY DELIVERY)

    Expedited Service and delivery times show here are in addition to processing time, the estimated shipping times quoted, and any backorder delays . Choosing expedited shipping will NOT prioritize, rush, override, or overcome any of these preceding conditions.

    Please keep in mind that selecting Next Day, Two Day, or Three Day services DOES NOT GUARANTEE shipments will be delivered in the selected amount of time. Expedited orders are subject to the same quality control and security clearance procedures as non-expedited orders, so despite our best efforts, we may not be able to ship expedited orders the same day they are placed.

    • NEXT DAY SERVICE - 1 business day
    • TWO DAY SERVICE - 2 business days
    • THREE DAY SERVICE - 3 business days

    Custom Charge and Brokerage Fee for (International Buyer):

    The package is being shipped out from the United States Warehouse. Shipping & Handling costs listed in the description do not include the customs charge and brokerage fee associated with the shipping. Buildfastcar (BFC) is NOT responsible for all the customs charges and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. The buyer is responsible for the customs charges and brokerage fees associated with the shipment, which would be determined by the customs when the shipment is delivered to the buyer.

    Buildfastcar (BFC) cannot estimate the customs charge and brokerage fee for the International buyer.

    If the shipment is returned to Buildfastcar (BFC) because the buyer refuses to pay the customs charge and brokerage fee associated with the shipment, Buildfastcar (BFC) reserves the right to recoup the shipping and handling fee listed at checkout, plus a 20% restocking fee of the item price, as well as the associated fee charged by the shipping carrier for the returned item.

    Backorders:

    Items on back order will be Notified by email. A full refund will be issued if the item is on backorder for more than 20 days, We continually seek updates on back-ordered items and regularly update your order status until the backorder is filled. Rest assured that backorders do not get lost or forgotten about. If immediate availability is a concern, please call and we will stock-check the item at the manufacturer.

    Undeliverable Shipment:

    Insufficient Address - If the shipment is returned to Buildfastcar (BFC) because the buyer provided an insufficient address, the buyer is responsible for repaying the actual shipping cost to resend the package.
