    Canceling order

    If the item gets shipped out before the cancellation request is made, there would be a cancellation fee of 10% of the item price and the shipping & handling is NOT refundable.

    Our Customer Service Representative will verify that your order has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it may not be canceled. Cancellation requests on orders already shipped from our warehouse fall under the return guidelines below.

    Returns

    • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
    • All returned items Must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. Item must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number.
    • To be eligible for a return for refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Shipping & Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases).
    • Return Items must be returned within 10 days (RMA# Valid for 10 days) 
    • Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
    • The customer will be responsible for ensuring the return package and retrieving a tracking number for the carrier to protect from damage, lost or missing claims must be made with the carrier.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Returns for refund are subject up to 30% restocking fee depending on the return condition.
    • We do NOT accept returns from buyers outside the United States.

    Refunds
    Upon receiving your return, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please remember refund process could take 15 Business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    If the item is used, damaged, missing parts, or past the RMA# return date, then the return may be subject to a restocking fee.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at buildfastcar@gmail.com.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Please do not attempt to install or use the damaged product as this will void the insurance. Instead, please contact us first to file a shipping damage claim, after the damage claim is completed, we will promptly send you a replacement.

    Remark: Once the damaged claims are completed, refund requests will also be acceptable, but subject to our General Return Policy since damaged product claims are not equivalent to the refund request.

    All items that Buildfastcar (BFC) sells on the website are designed as OFF-ROAD, or SHOW USE Only, and are not intended to be used on the highway or any pollution-controlled vehicles unless Otherwise Stated by the Manufacturer. This does not mean they cannot function on such vehicles, but merely that they may not uphold the regulations and restrictions of a highway vehicle and therefore must be designated as OFF-ROAD Use Only. For OBD-II vehicles, the use of any manifolds or test pipes may remove a Catalytic Converter, doing so will trigger a Check Engine Light due to Catalytic Converter failure; this sometimes can cause the vehicle to enter into a "Null Mode" which can negatively alter the vehicle's performance. Please check and confirm with all local laws before purchase to ensure that you understand fully the consequences and risks associated with the use of the products sold by Buildfastcar (BFC). Buildfastcar (BFC) is not responsible for any labor costs with the installation or removal of any products regardless of the situation that has occurred and will not be held liable for such costs. If a manufacturer states that their product is approved for highway use then the manufacturer of said product will be responsible for their claims and are in no way associated with Buildfastcar (BFC).
