Description & Feature
Ensure the header gaskets are installed correctly before tightening the headers. The passenger-side gasket features an EGR port cutout. Installing the gasket in the wrong orientation or on the incorrect side will block the EGR port and can lead to gasket blowout or exhaust leaks.
The BFC exhaust header reduces back pressure within the manifold. Instead of sharing a stock manifold, each cylinder receives its own exhaust tube, which is subsequently joined together in a bigger tube (collector). When cylinders do not have to compete with each other, they can put more power through the wheels, increasing horsepower and torque.
